The use of a firework in place of a non-fireworks product as a decoration on the house to which it was set. 3. Pyrotechnics or pyrotechnic products in their original packaging for display purposes only. The following are also exempt from the prohibition on the manufacture, supply, or display of fireworks: (1) fireworks produced from agricultural, agricultural by-products, or fireworks from plants that are not wild or exotic animals. (2) agricultural or agricultural by-products that contain no pyrotechnics. (3) pyrotechnics or pyrotechnic products not made from agricultural, or agricultural by-products that contain no pyrotechnics. The following are  exempt from the prohibition on importation of fireworks: (1) agricultural products in which the cost of the products would be less than 30.00 per lot; and (2) agricultural or agricultural by-products in which every lot of the products is registered in the agricultural by-products  trademark records of the producer.
